Towards the end of 2015, we launched a new website design for Buzz Living, an ethical housing company. Buzz Living gives their customers the chance to invest in housing in a more ethical way by using crowd funding investment to provide good quality rented homes at a fair price.
This startup company already had a WordPress website but needed a design overhaul and development tweaks. We specialise in WordPress website design so were well placed to help. After a detailed consultation to find out more about the company, their ethos and goals and to attain a profile for their prospective customers, we got to work on the planning stage.
Once a website structure was agreed, along with content for each of the pages, we embarked on a website design that targeted a 25-45 age group and placed Buzz Living as a friendly, upbeat brand. Fellow pro-active ethical companies such as Lush and Ecotricity were given as website references.
Our bold design approach hit the target for client approval. We kept the content simple and easy to navigate, introducing strong call-to-actions to encourage investment and introduce our fun and friendly ‘Buzz’ character to help with the process.
This is a fully responsive website design; independent designs were created for the tablet and smart phone devices. We wish Buzz Living well on its journey and look forward to helping with future web design and print design projects.
