Brochure creation and marketing collateral for the housing sector
The client
The UK is experiencing a serious housing shortage and getting a foot on the ladder feels more difficult than ever. Carma Creative has been collaborating with Guinness Homes for many years to provide marketing collateral for the housing sector, for a business that is part of one of the largest housing and care providers in the country.
Our focus? To help design the materials they need to sell new homes in connection to the national Help to Buy scheme.
The mission
To help first-time buyers and young families find and buy their first home. Working dynamically with a range of marketing collateral for the housing sector, we created three-dimensional floor plans to bring plans to life prior to property completion.
Illustrated aerial site maps help buyers to envision the community they could live in. Buyers could explore the layout of the development, green spaces and accessibility across the wider site.
We packaged each design into a beautifully presented brochure. This offers the opportunity to find out more in a low-pressure situation. We supported the wider marketing campaigns with flyers and press adverts to ensure as many first-time buyers as possible were aware of the development.
